NodePlay reserves the right to change, amend, or update the terms of this policy unilaterally. The current version is always available on our website.


General Provisions

NodePlay provides high-performance solutions for game server hosting. We strive to meet the needs of our customers, but understand that in rare cases the service may not meet expectations. This policy ensures transparency of the refund procedure under the specified conditions.


Refund Conditions

72-Hour Guarantee

  • Refunds are available within 72 hours from the moment of payment for the first service on your account.
  • The guarantee applies only to one service throughout the entire lifetime of the customer's account.

To request a refund:

  • Submit a request through the online chat after logging into the website.

Refund Timing

  • After approval of the request, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • The receipt time depends on your bank's rules.

Service Cancellation After 72 Hours

Refunds for unused periods are not guaranteed after 72 hours.

In exceptional cases (technical failures), NodePlay may consider a partial refund or service extension. Decisions are made on an individual basis after contacting support.


Service Availability Guarantee

If continuous server downtime exceeds 1 hour due to NodePlay's fault, you can request compensation in the form of service extension or partial refund.

Not included:

  • Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance);
  • Downtime due to client actions (software configuration, DDoS attacks, violation of usage rules).
